About the school
Wakaaranga is a vibrant, multicultural primary school in the heart of Farm Cove, Auckland, built around a deep sense of community and belonging.
The school motto, "To be the best I can possibly be," reflects a culture where every child is affirmed and acknowledged for their efforts and contributions.
The challenge
A change of principal created the opportunity to lift the school's visual identity and strengthen its connection with the community.
The project began with a new responsive website and a fresh colour scheme, then extended across all school media - online and in print - to create a consistent, cohesive look.
An extensive photoshoot produced a cloud image library giving staff a rich resource for ongoing content updates. Wakaaranga now has a visual identity that truly reflects the warmth and diversity of its community.
